Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of management and supervisory experience preferred
- Management experience in the service industry is strongly preferred
- Hotel experience preferred but not required
- 1-2+ years experience in a guest service-oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
- College degree preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Manage housekeeping department operations
- Oversee front office functions and guest services
- Supervise food and beverage department activities
- Ensure quality of customer service and guest suite cleanliness
- Manage daily hotel operations to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Handle purchasing and payroll submissions
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary procedures
