Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Supports the successful execution of all hotel operation departments
- Ensures goals are translated to the team regarding guest tracking and productivity
- Understands and communicates employee and guest satisfaction results and plans
- Leads by example with confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Assists employees in understanding and exceeding guests' needs and expectations
- Follows property-specific second effort and recovery plans
- Publishes guest satisfaction results timely
- Takes proactive approaches to employee concerns
- Maintains professionalism and courtesy with employees
- Communicates and updates goals and results with staff
- Meets semiannually with staff one-on-one
- Assists and teaches team scheduling against guest and room occupancy goals
- Performs hourly job functions as needed
- Provides excellent customer service and is approachable to guests
- Responds timely to customer service department requests
- Ensures all team members meet hospitality requirements
- Assists in performing annual quality audits with general manager and regional director
- Ensures a viable key control program is in place
- Understands financial statements, sales, activity reports and performance data
- Interviews and assists in hiring decisions
- Receives hiring recommendations from supervisors
- Ensures thorough and timely orientation for new team members
