Job Duties
- assist general manager and assistant general manager in managing daily operations including food processes projection procedures and equipment
- conduct inventory and order food and supplies
- optimize profits and guest satisfaction
- ensure compliance with company policies and federal state and local laws
- audit service by team members and provide feedback
- respond to guest complaints and take appropriate action
- train and mentor new managers and team members
- enforce food and alcohol licensing regulations
- maintain sanitary practices and cleanliness of cinema
- develop employee talent to reduce turnover
- ensure completion of payroll and financial duties
- create schedules in coordination with general manager
- ensure security and safety of working and guest environment
- motivate and direct team members
- maintain dress code and appearance standards
- plan proactively for future operational needs
