Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR Associate degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work full time and in management capacity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of guest services and hotel operations
- Ability to analyze financial and operational reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting quality audits and monitoring guest satisfaction
- Proficient in scheduling and staff development
Job Duties
- Supports the successful execution of hotel operations in various departments
- Manages staff and leads teams to meet and exceed property goals
- Translates guest tracking and productivity goals to the team
- Understands and communicates guest and employee satisfaction feedback
- Ensures adherence to property standards and recovery plans
- Publishes guest satisfaction results and addresses employee concerns
- Assists in scheduling and performs hourly job functions as needed
- Provides excellent customer service and timely response to guest concerns
- Participates in annual quality audits and oversees key control programs
- Interviews and helps in hiring decisions
- Ensures thorough orientation for new employees
