- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- strong leadership and management abilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supports the successful execution of all hotel operations departments including front office, business center, recreation/health club, housekeeping, food and beverage/culinary and engineering/maintenance
- strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
- maximizes financial performance of the department
- ensures standards and procedures are followed
- leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals
- translates goals to teams related to guest tracking and productivity
