Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • self-driven and flexible
  • strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • able to work independently and collaboratively
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • able to work days, evenings and weekends
  • must complete company training programs
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • new restaurant opening experience preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action
  • proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • must complete required company training programs
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Execute restaurant operations functions
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
  • execute shift management meetings meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards
  • use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
  • deploy crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is in good working order
  • complete other duties as assigned
