Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments
- Proficiency in customer service
- Ability to analyze data
- Willingness to perform hands-on job functions
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to analyze financial data and implement improvements
- Experience in a hospitality or hotel management role
Job Duties
- Assist in executing all operations in hotel departments including Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, Engineering/Maintenance
- Manage and lead staff to improve guest and employee satisfaction
- Ensure standards and procedures are followed consistently
- Translate property goals to the team regarding guest tracking and productivity
- Foster a motivating, empowering, and team-oriented environment
- Address employee and guest concerns proactively
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring decisions
- Facilitate orientations for new team members
- Review financial and performance reports to measure productivity and identify improvement areas
- Participate in annual quality audits and maintain key control program
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
- Communicate goals and results with employees
- Meet with staff on a one-to-one basis semiannually
