Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years hotel management experience
  • ability to commute within Dallas Fort Worth area
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with technology and mobile apps
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • problem-solving skills
  • bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years hotel management experience at a boutique or extended stay hotel
  • bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
  • exceptional people skills with experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing hourly employees
  • comfortable using new technology and mobile applications
  • honest, reliable, and able to work independently and with a team
  • confident in taking charge and problem solving
  • process-oriented with vendor management skills

Job Duties

  • Develop vendor relationships
  • perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks
  • lead troubleshooting and maintenance of technical issues such as WiFi and TV setup
  • collaborate with corporate team to implement standards
  • prioritize, delegate, and support day-to-day tasks of associates
  • manage associate coverage and coordination
  • conduct regular room inspections and address maintenance or cleanliness concerns
  • train, coach, and provide performance feedback to associates
  • promote a guest-centric culture
  • provide real-time feedback to guest agents and supervisors
