Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- Two years experience in relevant professional area
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership capability
- Ability to work full time
- Must be able to work on-site at National Harbor, Maryland
Job Qualifications

- Ability to understand and analyze guest satisfaction metrics

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in employee training and development
- Understanding of financial statements and hotel profitability
Job Duties
- Supports successful execution of hotel operations departments
- Manages staff and leads specific teams
- Translates organizational goals to the team relating to guest tracking and productivity
- Communicates guest and employee satisfaction results and game plans
- Assists in team capability development and meeting expectations
- Demonstrates leadership through self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Provides excellent customer service and addresses guest concerns proactively
- Follows property-specific recovery plans and publishes guest satisfaction results
- Conducts employee meetings and assists in scheduling for guest and occupancy goals
- Participates in hiring, orientation, and training of staff
- Assists in performing annual quality audits and monitors financial performance
- Ensures compliance with hospitality standards and key control programs
- Performs hourly job functions as needed
