Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned market
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and around unpleasant odors
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in managing and developing teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility
  • General Manager experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving results
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills to support decision-making
  • Organized and detail-oriented with project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships
  • Familiarity with hiring, talent development, and performance management
  • Ability to make sound decisions and motivate teams under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and comfortable navigating new platforms
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel regularly

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop teams by coaching, mentoring, and supporting Area Leaders
  • Drive operational excellence using data analysis and insights to improve processes, productivity, and service delivery
  • Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance
  • Forecast staffing needs and partner with Recruiting to maintain team coverage
  • Lead training efforts and enforce standards for systems usage, safety, and service protocols
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand services and grow existing client relationships
  • Perform site visits to ensure service quality and safety standards are upheld
  • Oversee vehicle compliance, maintenance, and warehouse inventory
  • Identify future leaders and support their professional growth
  • Lead by example working alongside Area Leaders to support frontline teams, including participation in daily tasks
  • Lead assigned projects from start to finish
