Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of leadership experience with budget and reporting responsibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned market
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and around unpleasant odors
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in managing and developing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- General Manager experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving results
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills to support decision-making
- Organized and detail-oriented with project management skills

- Passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships
- Familiarity with hiring, talent development, and performance management
- Ability to make sound decisions and motivate teams under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and comfortable navigating new platforms
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel regularly
Job Duties
- Lead and develop teams by coaching, mentoring, and supporting Area Leaders
- Drive operational excellence using data analysis and insights to improve processes, productivity, and service delivery
- Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance
- Forecast staffing needs and partner with Recruiting to maintain team coverage
- Lead training efforts and enforce standards for systems usage, safety, and service protocols
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues
- Identify growth opportunities to expand services and grow existing client relationships
- Perform site visits to ensure service quality and safety standards are upheld
- Oversee vehicle compliance, maintenance, and warehouse inventory
- Identify future leaders and support their professional growth
- Lead by example working alongside Area Leaders to support frontline teams, including participation in daily tasks
- Lead assigned projects from start to finish
