Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience in operational or management support role
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Math skills including working with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate On Board Computer (OBC) system implementation and rollout to regional fleet vehicles
- Serve as subject matter expert on OBC system software
- Generate and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and track performance and field communication
- Manage end-of-month operations reporting and create new reports including fleet reports
- Provide vacation coverage support to management and operations team
- Develop CAPEX for operation's capital expense projects
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
