Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in operational or management support role
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and diplomatic skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Math skills including working with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in operational or management support role
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to apply complex data to problem-solve
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate On Board Computer (OBC) system implementation and rollout to regional fleet vehicles
  • Serve as subject matter expert on OBC system software
  • Generate and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and track performance and field communication
  • Manage end-of-month operations reporting and create new reports including fleet reports
  • Provide vacation coverage support to management and operations team
  • Develop CAPEX for operation's capital expense projects
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned
