- strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service
- proven experience in inventory control, shift management, and cost control
- excellent leadership skills
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- train and develop staff members with a focus on back of house operations
- create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
- keep an eye on food waste and inventory levels and fix any food quality issues
- order inventory through our multiple vendors, receiving and checking the quality
- promote a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house teammates
- communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure great service and speed
- keep the kitchen clean and sanitized
- check kitchen equipment and make sure it is working well
- get it fixed fast if it is not
- make sure the kitchen and team meet safety guidelines to prevent accidents
- fill out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and do Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
- ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 50 lbs
