Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in operations or related fields
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work onsite in Santa Fe, NM
- Ability to comply with all regulatory requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in operations, healthcare, transportation, or related field
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide clear operational insights to senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with healthcare, fleet management, logistics technology, and regulatory compliance preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity
- Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve both individual goals and organizational objectives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and support employee growth and development
- Assess staffing needs and collaborate with Human Resources in the recruitment and hiring process
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes team engagement, motivation, and collaboration
- Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Monitor services and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Respond promptly to client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Analyze operational data and produce reports to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
