Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university program
- Relevant major such as event planning, hospitality, management, business, marketing or related fields
- Prior experience in customer service or operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse populations
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Compliance with safety standards and company policies

- Enrollment or degree in event planning, public relations, hospitality, business, marketing, management, or operations management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist in ticket operations and group sales
- Help deliver excellent guest service in the Admissions Department
- Manage a team within various departments such as Admissions, Aquatics, Park Services, or Rides
- Gain experience in time management, motivation, team development, and resource control
- Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds to provide memorable experiences
- Support special events and promotional activities within the park
- Participate in training and development initiatives to improve skills
