Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company standards and appearance
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple departments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with employees and guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner
- Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns of employees and guests
- Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Approach all encounters with attentiveness and friendliness
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling needs
- Adhere to personal appearance and grooming standards including uniform and nametag
- Comply with hotel standards and safety regulations to ensure efficient operations
- Identify and assist in solving operational problems
- Handle various problems including anticipating and preventing issues
- Understand and apply complex information from multiple sources
- Cross-train in other hotel-related areas
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Show initiative and anticipate guest or operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
