Job Duties
- communicate purpose, scope, objectives, and success metrics for tests
- execute testing and implementation timelines with cross-functional teams
- document process steps and determine media needs for SOP documentation
- execute ops feasibility tests, gather feedback, and provide reporting
- validate recipes and ensure all SOPs are accurate and current
- provide documentation to the Ops Services team for training materials
- coordinate and communicate test details with Shacks, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Culinary
- complete new menu item information sheets in preparation for approval tastings
