Job Requirements

  • One to three years of related work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Experience in customer service and logistics preferred
  • Leadership and dispatching experience are a plus

  • Dispatching experience of 1 year preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as liaison between all departments and customers on missing or requested items
  • Maintain and monitor multiple platforms for LSG and customers such as Ground Star—Flight Family, CBASE, etc
  • Support Department Supervisors with daily manpower requirements and employee schedules
  • Responsible for assigning and completing inventory of all operational equipment daily
  • Assist in the preparation of operations data analysis, reports, and summaries
  • Coordinate with the controller/supervisors on any changes of flight assignment to respective teams
  • Interact with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure equipment changes are staged and meet service-ready time
  • Direct the actual loading of flights/equipment into trucks and support teams under time constraints
  • Perform all other duties necessary to ensure efficient and effective operation
