Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently up to 60-70%, including overnight stays
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership, ideally within high-volume QSR or fast casual concepts
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to analyze P&Ls, identify issues, and drive performance improvement
  • Demonstrated success leading large teams across multiple locations
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment experiencing rapid growth
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, labor laws, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Toast POS, and restaurant operations systems
  • Ability to travel up to 60-70%, including overnight travel

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily performance across all restaurants to ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, speed of service, and food quality
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable to company standards
  • Review and analyze financials including P&L, COGS, labor, and controllables, implementing action plans to improve results
  • Proactively manage prime costs and ensure stores consistently meet or exceed budget targets
  • Create effective communication channels between restaurants, District Managers, and the Support Center
  • Recruit, train, develop, and coach District Managers, General Managers, and emerging leaders
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline through ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and succession planning
