Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Experience working with homeless and underserved populations
- Experience with adults with serious and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience
- Experience working closely with landlords, housing managers, and community housing resources
- Experience navigating health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment systems

Job Duties
- Manage and implement service operations and requirements
- Communicate with EOHHS, health care, and agency leadership in collaboration with the Division Director and Contracts Manager
- Work collaboratively with billing team to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness
- Manage completion of day-to-day program budgeting tasks with support of team leads and Contracts Manager
- Monitor and ensure delivery of interventions according to individualized support plans
- Supervise team leads and oversee Housing Specialists
- Collaborate with landlords, medical and behavioral health providers to support housing management and integrated care coordination
