Job Duties
- Responsible for ensuring food safety 100% of the time
- serve as operations leader in charge of guest relations in the dining room, drive thru, front counter, and kitchen operations when assigned
- lead a high performing team in a very fast paced environment
- maintain obsession with food safety, food quality, cleanliness, LEAN, speed and accuracy, pathway training, and guest service
- exhibit Core 4 with each guest (making connections, smiling, greeting, and serving with a smile)
- encourage guests and team members in a highly positive and caring culture
- communicate effectively with leaders, team, and guests
