Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related field
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and monitor budgets
  • Proficiency in managing guest satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Ability to implement property policies and standard operating procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with financial performance monitoring and budget management
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage hotel operations leadership including Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance
  • Develop and implement departmental and property-wide operational strategies aligned with brand standards
  • Monitor hotel sales performance against budget and financial goals
  • Analyze guest feedback and resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Lead and coach department heads and teams to optimize service delivery and financial performance
  • Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and conduct performance appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with property policies, disciplinary procedures, and standard operating procedures
