Job Requirements
- High School or GED equivalence diploma
- 18 years of age or older
- reliable transportation
- ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- willingness to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to walk extended distances for 8-10 hours and climb stairs
- ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- willingness to obtain certification for operating motorized vehicles within 45 days
- positive disposition and teamwork skills
- effective organizational and multitasking skills
- communication proficiency

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, carpet extraction, and glass cleaning
- perform setup, breakdown, and changeover tasks as needed
- participate in all aspects of conversion process for events including setting up and tearing down tables, chairs, dance floor, staging, and other furnishings
- perform duties to ensure day-to-day operations including loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash, and replenishing supplies
- report irregularities, safety concerns, or damage promptly to Operations Manager
- perform light maintenance repairs on equipment using hand and power tools
- operate forklifts, scissor lifts, vertical lifts, golf carts and other motorized vehicles or obtain certification within 45 days
- read and understand event notes written in English
