  • ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • must be able to work in various weather conditions
  • ability to climb stairs and lift 50lbs unaided

  • knowledge of general maintenance and ability to learn new skills

  • be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal, verbal communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
  • ability to climb stairs and lift 50lbs unaided

Job Duties

  • Perform general labor as assigned
  • setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc.
  • assist in conversion duties as assigned
  • maintain a safe work environment
  • respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner
  • perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds
  • follow instructions
  • work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks
  • actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property
  • maintain organized storage areas
  • may be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, and floor scrubbers
  • perform other duties as assigned
