Job Duties
- perform general labor as assigned
- setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc.
- assists in conversion duties as assigned
- maintain a safe work environment
- respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner
- perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds
- follow instructions
- work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks
- actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property
- maintain organized storage areas
- may be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, and floor scrubbers
- perform other duties as assigned
