Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months of related experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work on multi-tasks constantly
- able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively
- dynamic, hard-working, confident
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- must work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- follow attendance guidelines and consistently be accessible for work
- ability to drive a forklift and other lift equipment as required

Job Duties
- Participate in the set-up, execution, and break-down of FedExForum, Grizzlies, and Tigers home games and non-basketball events
- work with both manual and power tools to dismantle and assemble stage and court equipment
- layout chairs and equipment as needed for various events
- operate miscellaneous equipment safely
- perform manual labor that requires heavy lifting
- adapt to last-minute operational changes
- ensure that directives are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed expectations
