Job Qualifications

Have a flexible schedule with availability for daytime, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts
ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more frequently
ability to sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head for conversion tasks
ability to follow oral and written instructions
demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
ability to work independently and in a team
ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations
follow all policies, procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency procedures
maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, patrons and others
ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing situations

Job Duties

Participate in all aspects of the conversion process including setting up and tearing down flooring, concerts, retractable and portable seating, stage barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment
perform duties to ensure day-to-day operations including equipment maintenance, loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to disposal areas and snow removal
work in both indoor and outdoor environments subject to heat and inclement weather
report irregularities, discrepancies, safety or damage concerns or loss of property promptly to Operations Supervisor
perform other duties as assigned
