Job Qualifications

- experience utilizing Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Teams
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- experience with dispatching software such as Samsara or Dispatch Track preferred
- excellent interpersonal skills
- excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution
- ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- experience with routing, scheduling, and delivery status monitoring
- ability to embrace new technology
Job Duties
- Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations including monitoring morning loadout and delivery activity
- ensure timely reporting of loadout and returns compliance and motor carrier compliance
- maintain professional relationships with location management, peers, motor carriers, client employees, and other department personnel
- utilize client-specific routing software
- communicate with other departments regarding updates and meetings
- perform route monitoring using client-specific software
- check in reschedules brought back by motor carriers
- process returns through client's portal at participating locations
- move inventory safely using material handling equipment as needed
- serve as point of contact for escalations from clients
- schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next day delivery
- perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements
