- Bachelor’s degree, experience in financial reporting and analysis, proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership experience with managing teams, knowledge of accounting principles and payroll accounting, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, experience with process improvement initiatives
Job Duties
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports, annual budget preparation, analysis and presentations, monthly preparation and publication of the Department’s Master Work Plan, manage the planning of future year’s budgeted work and coordination with Gas Control and Project Managers, manage the department leases including processing and forecasting payments, manage daily processing for departmental work including bids and invoices, assist over 200 employees with timecard coding and reconciliations, provide leadership and guidance to project teams, plan and organize workload and staff assignments, participate in staff selection and performance evaluations, set expectations and drive accountability, implement process improvements, solve complex problems with solution-oriented analysis, complete special projects as assigned
