Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in weekend on call rotations

- Experience working in a high-volume environment with email and call management
- Tech savvy and able to use transportation management systems effectively
Job Duties
- Tracking and tracing outbound shipments
- Inspecting outbound freight
- Contracting new carriers as needed and assigning carriers and providing load tenders
- Communicating freight status and any problems to other stations and customers, and updating the system
- Provide customer service
- Able to work overtime and weekend on call rotations
- Data entry of shipments into transportation management system
