Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in office administration or operations support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with financial processing and budget tracking
- Proficiency in office technology and equipment management
- Event coordination experience beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Job Duties
- Support office management protocols including space management, equipment management, common area maintenance, and upholding office policies
- Draft and coordinate meeting agendas and various internal communications
- Process accounts payable and receivable weekly while maintaining accurate documentation
- Track expenses monthly by department and submit budgets and financial reports to leadership
- Maintain operation of all office equipment and manage inventory of supplies
- Provide reception and phone coverage, welcome visitors, and manage mail and package distribution
- Support site-wide events including registration, setup, and logistical activities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director including calendar, expense, and travel coordination
- Assist with registration and onboarding of AmeriCorps members
- Serve as a resource and manage uniform distribution and inventory for staff and corps members
