Job Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry-related leadership role preferred
  • Must be able to lift and push up to 100 lbs
  • Driver's license in good standing, active for a minimum of 1 year
  • Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting required
  • Minimum education requirement of high school diploma/GED
  • PS is a 24-hour facility requiring fully open schedule availability and flexibility including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts

  • Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Experience in customer service or airline and/or hospitality industry leadership role preferred
  • Driver’s license in good standing active for a minimum of 1 year
  • Ability to lift and push up to 100 lbs
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to maintain open availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings

Job Duties

  • Work in a team setting to tailor and execute seamless luxury experiences for PS guests
  • Receive guests with a personalized greeting at airport gates and/or upon arrival at PS
  • Engage airline partners with kindness and professionalism to strengthen relationships
  • Seamlessly handle and process PS customer luggage in accordance with airline agreements
  • Escort guests through PS’ on-site airport security and drive them across the airfield to designated departure gates
  • Greet members off arriving international flights and escort through on-site immigration
  • Operate luxury vehicles safely and flawlessly on the restricted airfield
  • Successfully complete an 8-week training program for reservation mastery
  • Provide attentive, gracious, and personable service that reflects luxury and excellence
  • Adapt to evolving needs of the environment and perform additional duties to ensure an unparalleled guest experience
