Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required
  • ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts
  • basic knowledge of web-based software applications
  • ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
  • ability to lift up to 49 pounds
  • flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • experience working in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • ability to work fluid schedules including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
  • general working knowledge of basic web-based software such as Google G-Suite
  • ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
  • ability to lift up to 49 pounds
  • availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
  • receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors ensuring inventory count matches purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
  • manage inventory and re-shelve cancelled orders
  • clean and organize sales floor and overall facility
  • manage waste and spoilage through strict FIFO compliance
  • contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items
  • handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently
  • stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
  • use carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move product
  • handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
  • work in freezer locations periodically
  • walk several flights of stairs periodically
  • prepare quality beverages and food items following recipes and standards
  • ensure accuracy of packaged food and beverages
  • follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • receive and put away orders and invoices, resolving discrepancies with expiration requirements
  • maintain kitchen facility organization and manage waste consciously
  • prepare, package, and stage or handoff orders
