Job Requirements
- Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours
- Be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends and holidays
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Ability to work part-time hours between 15-29 hours per week
- Ability to follow company policies and uphold safety standards
- Willingness to assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge
- Ability to support outstanding client service

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Support daily operations managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising ensuring store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional service supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork promoting a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all
