- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Job Duties
- Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Maintain operational standards to ensure smooth store functioning
- Assist with visual merchandising to uphold Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional displays
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora’s policies to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
