Job Requirements

Must meet minimum weekly shifts and hours depending on schedule type
Be available during nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or client-focused roles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong client focus
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Support daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment
Assist with visual merchandising ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution
Deliver exceptional client service supporting sales goals
Foster inclusivity and teamwork promoting an open and empowered culture
Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment
Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours
Manage operational standards consistent with Sephora brand and customer expectations
