Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused roles
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
- physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards
- assist with visual merchandising by ensuring the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- foster inclusivity and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
- uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all
- meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours based on scheduling type
- be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
