Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused roles
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
  • physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards
  • assist with visual merchandising by ensuring the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
  • deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
  • foster inclusivity and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
  • uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all
  • meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours based on scheduling type
  • be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
