Job Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics, or transportation preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in transportation and logistics operations or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with transportation management systems
- Fluent in English (oral and written)

Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating transportation and logistics operations, including documentation, booking, and delivery
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth movement of freight
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of shipments
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to shipments, customer information, and other operational data
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
