Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Open availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple restaurant locations
- Proficient in leadership and team development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to complete restaurant operational audits and follow-up actions
- Commitment to adhering to safety and health regulations

Job Duties
- Provide effective leadership, coaching, direction, and staff development to maximize growth and profit
- Consistently demonstrate McDonald's values and leadership behaviors
- Lead and grow teams of General Managers to uphold QSC&V standards
- Ensure compliance with local Health Department standards
- Work with General Managers to meet and exceed operational and profit targets
- Regularly travel to assigned restaurants to support teams
- Engage with organizational leadership to improve restaurant operations
- Uphold safety and security standards for staff, guests, and assets
- Complete monthly cash and security audits and remediation
- Identify, report, and maintain equipment quality
- Conduct performance reviews and goal setting with General Managers
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Ensure proper staffing levels and foster positive workplace culture
- Assist with hiring and development of Shift and Department Leaders
- Execute new products and initiatives effectively
- Complete internal graded Operations Reviews
