Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years office or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency including spreadsheets and CRMs
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with budgeting and requisitions highly desirable

Job Duties
- Manage front office operations and supervise student employees
- Coordinate logistics for the Fall Career Expo and Spring Career Fair
- Oversee employer registrations, sponsorships, and payment processing
- Support the Executive Director with reports, goal tracking, and special projects
- Engage students, employers, faculty, and staff visiting the center
- Lead planning and execution of recruitment events including catering and space arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and the visual appearance of reception areas
- Serve as liaison on campus committees and handle departmental correspondence
