Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years office or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer proficiency including spreadsheets and CRMs
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with budgeting and requisitions highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Manage front office operations and supervise student employees
  • Coordinate logistics for the Fall Career Expo and Spring Career Fair
  • Oversee employer registrations, sponsorships, and payment processing
  • Support the Executive Director with reports, goal tracking, and special projects
  • Engage students, employers, faculty, and staff visiting the center
  • Lead planning and execution of recruitment events including catering and space arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and the visual appearance of reception areas
  • Serve as liaison on campus committees and handle departmental correspondence
