Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree with relevant work experience
- Experience in government, communications, business, or associations is a plus
- Strong workflow organization and time management
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with legislators, members, and partners
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Solid problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and data tracking
- Bonus: Canva and Copilot experience

Job Duties
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Support the five-person leadership team
- Process expense reports and maintain digital files
- Maintain accurate operational expense records
- Support reporting in partnership with finance
- Coordinate board meetings, staff functions, and special meetings
- Manage invitations, materials, registrations, and follow-up
- Help deliver a polished, professional experience
- Proofread and format presentations and internal documents
- Support process documentation and workflow improvements
