Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or two to four years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work onsite at the Irvine, CA office up to three times a week

Job Duties
- Serve as a key operational partner to the Director of Administration supporting executive priorities events office operations and cross-functional initiatives
- Assist in calendar management for various members of the Executive Team
- Coordinate planning and execution of internal events leadership meetings team-building activities and company gatherings
- Support planning and execution of external conferences trade shows and partner events including logistics vendor coordination and shipping
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination supply management and maintaining an organized Irvine office environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
