Job Requirements
- Must have successful completion of criminal and MVR background check
- meet University Authorized Driver Policy requirements

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- three or more years of administrative experience
- proficiency in Canva, Constant Contact, Handshake, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- experience with online communication platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- outstanding organizational and time management skills
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-traffic office
- sensitivity to confidential information
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- willingness and aptitude to learn new applications
Job Duties
- Create and submit Emburse reports twice a month for Career Center staff
- maintain record of purchases and all expenses in Career Center budget and reconcile bi-monthly with Organizational Reports
- write and edit messaging for events, programs, and funding in emails, newsletters, and on platforms such as the Career Center website, social media, and the LU Insider
- utilize Handshake software to create targeted email contact lists, post events, and approve jobs and employers
- assist in planning, executing, and evaluating Career Center events, employer visits, and interview schedules
- schedule students and alumni for appointments, events, and mock interviews
- respond to student needs and questions and redirect as appropriate
- maintain Career Center calendar and schedule meetings and appointments for staff
- train and supervise Marketing and Media Assistants and Front Desk Assistants
- assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and exiting employees
