Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 4-5+ years of experience in a data reporting or similar role
- 3-5 years of SQL experience
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities

- Experience in giving presentations and reporting data across all levels of an organization
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL Server
- Strong database querying and reporting competency
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Job Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain mechanisms for data tracking and performance management such as Power BI reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements
- Ensure stakeholders have the needed data to increase revenue for business line
- Perform comprehensive research by creating, modifying, and running queries via SQL Server
- Identify and interpret meaningful insights, patterns, and trends from complex data
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in report creation and delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to relay project status updates and address any issues or concerns
- Review and validate reports to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations and quality standards
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal stakeholders after the report creation process
- Lead problem-solving sessions to develop analytical solutions and find simplified approaches to business complexities
