Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in operations or customer service roles
- ability to work remotely from Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, Texas, or Wisconsin
- strong communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- reliable high-speed wired internet connection at home
- capacity to use Microsoft Office tools proficiently
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- willingness to receive coaching and mentoring
- ability to handle guest and travel agent inquiries professionally

Job Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities
- strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- self-starter with excellent task management skills
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with ability to teach their primary usage
- familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI-powered platforms such as Copilot and automated workflows
- cruise or tour operations or reservations experience preferred
Job Duties
- Execute assigned tasks related to voyage processing, ensuring timely completion
- handle outbound and inbound calls, chats, and emails
- interact with SmartSheet to align bookings with voyages
- act as contact agent for travel agents/guests to coordinate irregular operations
- assist with basic manifesting functions
- assist with basic accounting functions including contacting travel agents/guests for open and past due balances
- assist with overflow service calls during peak times in call center
- coordinate all aspects of bookings from creation to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- coach and mentor operations team members
- assist with onboarding new operations team members
- perform other duties as assigned by management
