Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of relevant experience preferred
- CPR and AED certification desirable
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and work in various physical positions for long periods
- Ability to work flexible, on-call shifts
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Ability to operate information systems hardware and software
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalency required
- FA CPR AED certification desirable
- Two to three years of experience in a similar position preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multiple language fluency desirable
- Strong command of information system hardware/software
- Maintain valid Florida Driver’s License
Job Duties
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- monitors control systems and emergency response systems
- responds to emergency situations in a timely manner
- accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms
- maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
- works shifts that are subject to change based on property needs
- checks in with the Property Manager during tropical storm or hurricane watches or warnings
- be courteous and respectful to fellow employees, residents, and guests
- maintain assigned areas in a neat and safe manner
- adhere to safety procedures and report safety issues immediately
- attend mandatory staff meetings
- supervise moves, deliveries and unit owner construction per property regulations
- assist the Receiving Department in keeping deliveries, moves and construction orderly
- assist Unit Owners, Residents and Guests courteously and refer questions to management as needed
- retrieve packages for residents following proper procedures
- relieve Receiving clerk and Front Desk staff as needed
- monitor Valet Personnel ensuring compliance with guidelines
- check the First Alarm Panel at shift start/end and report issues
- assist Property Manager and Administrative Assistant
- respond to mechanical, medical, police emergencies
- report problems and irregularities via Incident Reports
- perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or Property Manager
