Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency
- two or three years of relevant experience preferred
- effective communication skills
- strong customer service background
- ability to maintain safety procedures
- flexibility to work variable shifts
- valid Florida driver's license
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in various physical positions including standing, stooping, bending, sitting, kneeling, and squatting
- ability to work in different environmental conditions
- ability to respond to emergencies timely
- commitment to courteous and respectful behavior
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency required
- FA CPR AED certification desirable
- two or three years of experience in a similar position preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- strong customer service background
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- multiple language fluency desirable
- strong command of information system hardware/software
- valid Florida driver's license
Job Duties
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- monitors control systems and emergency response systems
- responds to emergency situations in a timely manner
- accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms
- maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
- works shifts subject to change based on property needs
- checks in with the Property Manager during tropical storm or hurricane alerts
- supervises moves, deliveries, and unit owner construction
- assists Receiving Department and Front Desk staff as needed
- monitors valet personnel for compliance with guidelines
- checks alarm systems at shift start and end
- assists Property Manager and Administrative Assistant
- reports mechanical, medical, or police emergencies
- reports problems and records irregularities
- attends mandatory staff meetings
- maintains assigned areas neat and safe
