Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Airline or contracted airline services experience
- Mathematical problem solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a telephone
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Treat all information as confidential
- Possess tact in dealing with clients, employees, and public
- Able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift
- Willing to work in extreme weather conditions
- Able to cope with non-routine situations including flight delays and passenger accommodations
- Pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Able to understand and follow English instructions
- Meet requirements for security sensitive identification badge
- Able to verbally direct in English
- U.S. citizenship or proper work authorization
- Able to resolve passenger problems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in airline or contracted airline services preferably as ticket agent, gate agent, or operations
- Mathematical problem solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to read, understand and carry out instructions in English
- Ability to verbally direct in English
- Must meet necessary requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess necessary work authorization
Job Duties
- Utilize airline system to plan flight weight and balance
- Oversee gate functions and pre-boarding/boarding process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor employee activity and enforce adherence to procedures
- Communicate effectively with passengers, staff, and client representatives
- Report major incidents and safety hazards to management
- Participate in quality assurance audits and Safety Management System implementation
