Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum six months experience
- good command of the English language both verbal and written
- internal and external customer relations skills
- computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Duties
- Coordinate ramp offload and loading activities
- coordinate crew wake up and pick up times
- prepare flight documents including flight plans, weather briefings, NOTAMs
- prepare flight messages including arrival and departure messages, load messages
- monitor emails and messages
- report required information to designated flight dispatch for flight planning purposes
- accurately prepare and send LDM and CPM messages per carrier standards
