Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support preferably in hotel or hospitality settings
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- strong attention to detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- honesty and integrity in handling financial transactions
Job Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience in a hospitality or related environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- basic understanding of budgeting and payroll processes
Job Duties
- Provides administrative support to the Director of Engineering, Director of Food & Beverage, and Executive Chef
- coordinates vendor visits, service appointments, and job applicant outreach
- processes purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records for tools, supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- supports daily shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
- schedules preventive maintenance tasks and tracks completion of work orders
- inspects all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
- checks staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
