Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- one year of data entry experience
- strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- working knowledge of operations
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- partner with management to understand business objectives and identify IFBL and FAC needs
- implement strategies to support and improve quality
- drive unit-wide quality strategy programs and processes
- collaborate with operations and training to identify training needs and provide training input
- use the 8D process to resolve flight attendant comments
- ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- respond to customer inquiries related to flight attendant comments
- work directly with customers during IFBL disputes and unit visits
- communicate flight attendant comment reporting to operational staff and management
- perform data entry of flight attendant comments
- perform other duties as assigned by management
